Refund policy

At sixteen-seven, all sales are final.

Due to the deeply personal nature of our products - memory journals and digital guides created to support grief - we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Digital products (PDF downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical journals are non-returnable once shipped.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at welcome@sixteen-seven.com and we will make it right.

European Union customers
If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order 
within 14 days of receiving it, provided the package has not been opened. 
Once the box is opened, the right of return no longer applies. 
Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.
