Your order is not accepted until sixteen-seven confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as sixteen-seven may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that an order is not accepted, changed, or cancelled, an attempt will be made to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to the terms of the Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

sixteen-seven is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. sixteen-seven is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside of its control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, European Union.
